The mission of the Capital Improvement and Finance Committee is to provide input to the Board of Directors on capital projects identified in the District’s Master Plan and to advise the General Manager on project implementation. Comprised of two Board members, the General Manager and two community members, the Committee meets quarterly and makes periodic reports to the Board. Currently, the Committee is working on three projects—development of a third leach field site, identification of additional water sources and location of water storage facilities at a high elevation. The Committee also reviews opportunities for capital improvement financing.
